UKPayday is a credit broker, not a lender. We cannot change a repayment date, amend a loan agreement, take a payment or decide whether an application is approved.
Contact the lender or partner named in your loan agreement or confirmation email.

If you are unsure which company you were introduced to, email help@ukpayday.co.uk and include the email address and mobile number used on your application. Do not send passwords, PINs or full debit-card details.

If something goes wrong
You do not need to write a formal legal letter.
Email complaints@ukpayday.co.uk or write to our Edinburgh address and mark your message for the Complaints Team.
Tell us
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly and keep you informed. For most complaints, we will send our final response within eight weeks.
If you are unhappy with our final response—or eight weeks have passed without one—you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Its service is free and independent.
You will normally need to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of the date on our final response.

You do not need to wait until you have missed a payment before asking for help.
If you may miss a repayment, contact your lender as early as possible. Your lender controls the agreement and can explain what support may be available.
